At CandCReefs.com, we are committed to respecting your individual privacy. The following paragraphs describe our privacy policies with regards to the personal information you provide us as well as information we gather about how visitors use our site.

Personal Information
When placing your first order on CandCReefs.com, you will be asked to provide billing and shipping information which will be stored securely and used to process your order. Your information will then be pre-filled for your convenience on future orders.

The information you supply is protected by your personal Password, along with your User ID, so that only you have access to your account information.

Shipping Policies & Rates
The rates you see below are what you pay. There are not Packing Charges, Box Charges, Heat/Cool Pack Fees, or Preparation Fees. When comparing shipping fees between us and others, be sure to check for or ask about these fees, then add them up.

Pick Ups are also welcome. When checking out type the code "Pick Up" and shipping will be removed from the total. Note: This only applies to Southern California residents that are able to pick up an item. Please call in advance to schedule a pick up.

How to Track Your Order
Customers who provide an email address will receive order status updates. These may include an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email including tracking information if available.

Returns On Livestock
The shipping container you receive will include a packing receipt which contains the size and quantity of aquatic life that has been billed to your account. If this packing receipt differs from what was received, please notify us by e-mail (Support@CandCReefs.com). This is not an invoice and does not contain pricing and billing information.

Because of the complex packaging procedures for all aquatic life and our primary concern for the health and well-being of all livestock we offer, we cannot accept any returns of any aquatic life. Please make your selections carefully.

In the event you wish to redeem your Live Arrival Guarantee on any order, you may be contacted by our Customer Service Department with instructions requesting receipt of water samples or expired livestock.

Returns On Dry Goods
If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise at any time you may return it for a replacement or refund of your full merchandise cost.
